Vinyl Caps
QCC offers a complete line of dip molded plastic caps, plugs and grips for all of your product protection needs. Length, wall thickness, color and durometers can all be varied with no additional tooling. Choose from a variety of standard cap and plug sizes, or let our engineering department design a part for you. QCC’s vinyl protective plastic caps offer an attractive, inexpensive touch of quality to consumer products while offering tough, industrial protection. Our vinyl plastic caps can be produced in various lengths (in 1/16" increments), wall thicknesses, durometers, colors and profiles. Due to the advantages of dip molding, these various options can be offered on our plastic caps with no additional tooling.

Vinyl Plugs
QCC’s plastic plugs offer thread protection, dust & moisture protection, paint masking capabilities and internal cleanliness for your valves, pumps, cylinders and tubing applications. They also compress within open ports to form a snug fit that keeps contaminants out of your product. The snug conforming fit QCC’s plugs offer ensures they won't pop out during shipping, painting and manufacturing. The risk of thread damage is eliminated since no tools are required to remove the plastic plug from the threaded ports. The plastic plug will also not shred making our product re-usable. The Standard color is Red but others can be made.
